Ryan (client) & Grill Manufacture called for us to go out take a look at Ryan's Artisan. His lights and ignitors were not working in the grill.

Solutions provided:

Upon arrival and inspection, our repair tech found that his wire harness was burnt up and transformer shorted out. We replaced the wire harness and got everything working properly. He can now enjoy grilling this upcoming season.
